Beyond the Beach Children's Foundation - We encourage travellers to make their journeys more than just vacations; to reach beyond the beach and assist us in equipping the children of the Dominican Republic with the tools necessary for learning and living, dreaming and achieving.

The DREAM Project improves the education of poor children in the Dominican Republic by donating supplies, building new facilities, and placing volunteers in classrooms and libraries.

Fundación Patria is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for students in the Puerto Plata area schools

New Missions

Rainbow Families Foundation

Sister Island Project brings volunteers to a small rural community in the Dominican Republic where volunteers stay with local families, and help with activities such as running an arts camp for children, teaching English, and construction. This region of the DR is extremely poor, with minimal access to education, health care, or economic opportunity. SIP is currently working to construct a learning center in this region to provide vocational and general education for people there.

Roberto's Kids We collect new and gently worn baseball equipment from throughout the US and Canada. This equipment is then distributed to less fortunate youth in the DR and other Latin American countries.

The Smiles Foundation is the only non-government, non-sectarian, charitable organization working to improve the dental health of children and adults in the Dominican Republic.
